How to request a refund

Just reply to your purchase receipt (or email hello@openwaterprep.com) within 30 days of purchase and let us know you’d like a refund. You don’t need to send proof or justify yourself — we’d rather honour the guarantee gracefully than make a nervous student feel worse.
